Refund policy
We maintain a strict no-return policy for all items. Returns and refunds are only entertained in cases where the product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Eligibility for Returns (Damaged Products Only)
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item was damaged or defective when received
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item
- The item is in its original packaging
- You provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage
Reporting Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hooves.in with photos of the damaged product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (Damaged Products Only)
Refunds are only processed for products that arrive damaged or defective. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return for a damaged product, please contact us at support@hooves.in.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than receiving a damaged or defective product. Please ensure you review all product details, specifications, and sizing information before making your purchase.
