- Standard Shipping:

- Shipping Charges: Free on all orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD Handling Fee: ₹75

Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- We currently ship only within India.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Return and Exchange Policy

Hooves, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within
7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Undamaged Product: The footwear must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any accessories received.
- Tags Intact: All original tags must remain attached to the product.
Return or Exchange Process
- Exchange: Free of charge. Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).
- Note: Color exchanges are not permitted as we strive to display accurate product colors on our website.
- Return: A nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
Important Terms
- Items purchased during a sale or discount will be refunded based on the discounted value at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, the COD fee will not be refunded.
- If your order includes a free gift, it must also be returned along with the main product for a valid refund.
- If the returned product fails to meet our quality check criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be undeliverable due to the following reasons:
- Damaged packages during transit.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- No recipient available to accept the delivery.
- Delivery refusal by the recipient.
In such cases, we will coordinate with you to resolve the issue or process a refund, if applicable.
