Shipping Methods and Charges

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    • Shipping Charges: Free on all orders
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • COD Handling Fee: ₹75
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on your location or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email. Use this number to track your delivery status on our website or the courier partner’s platform.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Hooves, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note once sold, we do not accept returns for our products, unless they are damaged. You may exchange your products.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  1. Undamaged Product: The footwear must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any accessories received.
  3. Tags Intact: All original tags must remain attached to the product.

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Exchange: ₹200 will becharged for shipping and processing. Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).
    • Note: Color exchanges are not permitted as we strive to display accurate product colors on our website.
  2. Return: A nominal fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Important Terms

  • Items purchased during a sale or discount will be refunded based on the discounted value at the time of purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, the COD fee will not be refunded.
  • If your order includes a free gift, it must also be returned along with the main product for a valid refund.
  • If the returned product fails to meet our quality check criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be undeliverable due to the following reasons:
  • Damaged packages during transit.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • No recipient available to accept the delivery.
  • Delivery refusal by the recipient.
